Beauty products cannot be returned for reasons related to personal preference, shade mismatch, or used/opened items due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video as proof.
3. What Is Required for Return Approval?

Clear unboxing video showing the package from all sides

Product must be unused and in original packaging

4. Refund Process
